Remember

This is a picture of my aunt and uncle many many moons ago....I think it is precious...guess it proves we were all young once....LOL...I used K & Company papers and bling, some DCWV Once Upon A Time Stack and some card stock. I also added some paper lace and layered and layered and layered...There are a few paper flowers from my stash and the butterflies were printed on card stock, cut out and pop dotted. I used double sided tape to apply my ribbon in a pleated fashion. The brown card stock mat around to picture is torn. The quote in the K & Co mini frame is ...Keep some souvenirs from the past or how will you know it was not all a dream. I embossed the off white mat, fences and hinges with my cuttlebug.
Storybook: scallop ovals, hinges, large and small mats
Stretch Your Imagination: all greenery
Home Accents: family, faith, live, laugh and love

Rock & Roll

These are some more pictures from my son's trip to Super Summer. The band was the Stephen Miller Band....the kids got to hear them every night....my son loved them. This is a picture of Stephen my son took during dinner one evening. The calendar is a watermark picture of the other band members with some of my DS's friends the month they attended camp. Lots of Indie Art on this layout. The only other cuts are from Storybook and are the red background and the hinges. I used only card stock and some more of my metallic paper. Embossed the title, hinges, and the white torn mat for the guitars which is embossed with musical notes. The tickets I just copied from the net and added the name and date myself in photo impact. A few brads, ribbon and eyelets.....thanx for looking.

Believe

My son just returned from church camp, "Super Summer". He had such a wonderful time that we ran down today and developed his pictures. This is him soaring through the air during a game called I'm Ready To Fly. I love the way the picture turned out...thanx to the photography skills of his friend. I added part of Isaiah 40...but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles, they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint. Also added his name, camp name and date. I used a paper from a stack from Me & My Big Ideas. The others are card stock and a really fun metallic stack I found on clearance at my local WM.
Indie Art: cloud, sun, cross, wings
Graphically Speaking: scalloped square
Tinkerbell and Friends: stars and believe

Enjoy Life....Fearless

This is my DGN, he was so proud of himself as he walked fearlessly along the edge of this small wall....and then jumped into mid air and landed on his feet....They are so priceless at this age...Papers are just odds and ends I've had....brads, floss, ribbon, bling.
Graphically Speaking: enjoy life and frearless (both embossed with cuttlebug)
My World: compass and circles
Lyrical Letters: dragonflies
Storybook: hinges
Home Accents: flouish...which is the butterfly flourish with the butterfly cut off
Journaling along red mat reads: courage is fear that has said it's prayers .......jump and a net will appear. I sure am liking this paper burning...LOL...thanx for looking!
