Neverending Love

This is a photo of my three older boysss and I in 1992. I used lots of layers and more paper burning. The butterflies were computer generated, printed on white cardstock, cut out and pop dotted. Lots of brads, some bling, buttons, ribbon, an eyelet, embrodery floss, some paper flowers, silk flower leaves and a charm. The small frame reads if you think my hands are full you should see my heart. (thanx to Leah, she has this quote on her signature on the cricut MB) The quote and Neverending were computer generated and I used the centerpoint cut on my cricut to cut the Neverending on the scallop. The purple paper is from DCWV Luxury stack, the musical note paper from my stash and the others simple cardstock.

Us

For this layout I used lots of misc papers I have had for some time. I cut the frame from Storybook and then cut it into two pieces so I could punch holes and use ribbon to lace it together. I used my eyelet tool to punch small holes holding the two pieces together so they would be even. I burned the edges of the top two layers. I used some small premade paper roses along with the cricut flowers I created. The small flowers are two layers @ 2 and 2 1/2 inches. The large flowers are four layers...2 @ 2 1/2, 3 and 3 1/2 inches. I also incorporated some brads and a little lace. Thanx for stopping by!!!!

GOD Doesn't Make Mistakes

I have a nephew who is going through a really rough time right now....I took this picture of him yesterday and knew what I wanted to do with it.....I see scrapping as a form or prayer....and these Bible verses are my prayer for him....I know GOD will heal his wounds if he just opens his heart and has faith....I'm living proof...I used K & Company papers, the frames are K & Co as well....the verse inside the frames was computer generated. I created some paper lace on the cricut with a cut from storybook....it was a border cut so I just welded it in DS....I really like it and will be using it again soon....the heart is from Plantin some flowers from Graphically Speaking and others were from my stash, bird and twig from Storybook, the dragonflies and 'God be with you' cut are both from Lyrical Letters...font is Opposites Attract...burned the edges of the mat, heart and picture, tore and laced a couple of places in the heart and added a charm and some buttons....tfl

"Minnie" Disney Diva

This is my DGN.....such a cutie....I bought her the Minnie Dress and doll for her bday and knew I had to take pics to scrap....I used DCWV Luxury Stack for the bottom paper. The Mickey Icons are cut from black glitter paper at 11 inches and the bows were cut at 6 inches....the polka dot caterpillers are from one of the DCWV nursery collections all else is solid cardstock. Standing Minnie is cut at 6 inches and the other is cut at 4 inches. I stretched and welded the fence from My Community in DS and then embossed in my CB. The flowers and the greenery were all cut from Lyrical Letters. Mickey and Friends for the Disney cuts...used part of the word Disney for Diva and cut the v and a from pooh font in marker feature. The caterpillers are from Stretch Your Imagination. I used my 3 hole punch to make the polka dots...cut some in half to place on edges. Added lots of stickles too...wish you could see them better....tfl

Projects for the local Farmers Market

This tile was made with ACY, the font is from Lyrical Letters and the cat tails made in DS with Home Accents and Plantin.
Cuts for the Jungle tile are from Zoobaloo and An Ocean of Words.

Love this one, An Ocean of words for the clouds and sun, Opposites Attract for the font and My World for the tractor. The wheels and tires are embossed with CB.

My favorite tile is a name tile, frame, hummingbirds and leaves all from LL and font is SB. I welded the leaves to the frame in DS.

The Faith tile is cut from HA for the word and frame and LL for the butterflies. Live Laugh Love are all from HA as is the embellishment.

Lots of candles and holders with emblellishments from HA. The remember mug is Plantin for the stars, GS for the flag and ACY for the little boy. The pooh vase is all Pooh Font.
All pojects are done in paper except candles and holders. The candles have a thin coat of wax over the vinyl we did not treat the other vinyl projects. All other projects are glued with a spray adhesive on the back and then treated with a protective coating of Gloss Gel by Liquitex...the pictures show a bit of a glare which makes them look a bit milky but the gloss dries clear with a bit of a texture which adds a little something...very well finished look in person. We had fun but will be doing more craft type markets in the future. Life lived is lessons learned. The local Farmers Market did not seem to be our niche....but how elsedo you learn? Lots of lookers and one order for a name tile.....and inventory for our next adventure.

Simple and Beautiful

I purchased these 3" candles from the Dollar Tree, using Design Studio I welded a frame and the words from the Home Accents cart and cut them out of brown vinyl. I cut them at 1 1/2" for a 50% ratio to the height of the candle....I am so pleased with them.

These tiles are so much fun. The beach tile are all cuts from Lifes a Beach, the halloween tile is from A Childs Year, My Community, Pooh Font, Storybook, Lyrical Letters, and Happily Ever After. After applying a spray craft glue to the cuts I simply go over it with a protective coat of Gloss Gel from Liquitex....

My Bundle of Boy

Once again....all cuts are from A Childs Year. My local WM had the metallic paper on sale and thought it would make a fun winter lo. This is my DS at only 4 mos.....so sweet. I used the card cut to make the mats. I added some twine, ribbon, buttons, pop dots, stickles and alpha beads...I like the look of the layers of paper so also used some eyelets to expose the blue and laced them with the twine...sorry for the glare...tfl
