Select your paper...cut 12x2 inch strip....fan fold glue together....I also used a foil doily to help whip my cupcake into shape.

I used a small butter cup to allow my gule to dry...the foil helps with the form as well.

I applied some glue to the foil before placing the two pieces in the cup. continued....
