Okay 3's A Charm....Last Post For Today.....CD Photo Ornament

Last year I made everyone in the family a photo ornament with a CD.....how much more fun is this year going to be since I have my cricut!!! This one is for my older sis. I use one pic for the ornament....one side has a 5x7 photo, I used my centerpoint cut @ 4 3/4" with the Plantin circle cut for the photo. I added some holly from Stretch Your Imagination and of course stickles and pearl paints. The bells and top hanger were 1 piece. I cut the bells off and added them to the bottom, the photo does not do it justice....but I am too silly to wait til tomorrow for outside pics...LOL! All the papers are applied with scrap glue stick but the heavy embellishments....hanger, bells snowflake, bow are all attached with hot glue.
Once again I used Home Decor for the branch and 50 States for the birds. Some red ribbon, white fiber and a snowflake button.
I use 3 wallet size copies of the photo on the other side...b/w, color and sepia.... These are lined up across the bottom and then the excess trimmed off.
I cut the paper with the same Plantin circle cut I used for the large photo. I personalized this one with red birds....as I mentioned earlier my sis loves them.....I think I'm going to add her name and the date along the Christmas ribbon.....thanx for looking.....I'll post more as I get them done....the family loves the photo ornaments and I can do so much more personalizing this year....hope you like it!!!!!

  8. What a sweet heart you are Sandy. Girlfriend, my friends and family will be LUCKY if I actually send out the cards that I have labored over this year. Sheesh, I just make them, I don't want to have to write on them, address labels, buy stamps, And of course everyone is different and most of them probably won't fit into an envelope. Alright, NOPE not sending them. LOL, hugs
